Rick Roth
Rick has facilitated debt and/or equity for over a hundred investment real estate properties. Throughout his career, he has been involved in billions of dollars of investment real estate. High net worth investors and real estate companies have relied on his expertise to achieve and maximize their real estate investment goals.
As an adjunct professor, Rick teaches the Real Estate Investment and Portfolio Management course in the Master of Business Administration program at the University of Connecticut. He also taught the Real Estate Finance course in the Master of Science program at New York University.
Rick holds a Master’s of Science in Real Estate Investment from New York University. He holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration in Real Estate and Urban Economic Studies from the University of Connecticut.
Before founding his investment real estate company in 1999, Rick held roles at Merrill Lynch, Real Estate Investment Banking Group and Prudential Insurance Company, Institutional Real Estate Investments.
For over thirty years he has formed extensive industry relationships and demonstrated successful expertise in investment real estate as a capital markets advisor and investor.
Rick has served in several leadership roles on both industry boards and non-profit boards. He is a licensed real estate broker in both Connecticut and New York. He is the published author of the “Teal Book of Wisdom.”

Julian Aiken is the Founder of Brunswick Sports Management, a business management firm specializing in working with professional athletes, entertainers, and high net worth individuals.
Julian's journey began at Assumption University, where he pursued a rigorous education in Finance & Management. There, he honed his analytical skills and developed a deep understanding of economic principles, all while cultivating a passion for helping others achieve their long-term goals.
After spending over a decade within the software technology industry, Julian transitioned to managing a distinguished roster of over 40 clients, including 11 first-round picks. He has a proven track record of directing comprehensive business strategies that ensure enduring success.

Andre Drummond
Andre Drummond is a professional basketball player for the Philadelphia 76ers. A center, he was selected by the Detroit Pistons in the first round of the 2012 NBA Draft with the ninth overall pick.
Drummond was one of the top-rated basketball players in the high school class of 2011 and played one season of college basketball with the UConn Huskies before declaring for the draft. He has played for the Cleveland Cavaliers, Los Angeles Lakers, Brooklyn Nets and Chicago Bulls. Drummond has perennially been among the league leaders in rebounding. He was a member of the 2014 National Team that won a gold medal in the Fiba Basketball World Cup.
Andre loves giving back, and he has hosted a basketball camp in his hometown of Middletown, CT for many years. He has a keen interest in real estate investments.
Michael Carter-Williams
Michael Carter-Williams is an American professional basketball player. He was drafted in the first round with the 11th overall pick in the 2013 NBA Draft by the Philadelphia 76ers, after playing college basketball for the Syracuse Orangemen. He was named NBA Rookie of the year in 2014, and he has also played for the Milwaukee Bucks, Chicago Bulls, Charlotte Hornets, Houston Rockets and Orlando Magic.
Michael is an investor in a variety of companies and he has an avid passion for real estate investment.
