Rick has facilitated debt and/or equity for over a hundred investment real estate properties. Throughout his career, he has been involved in billions of dollars of investment real estate. High net worth investors and real estate companies have relied on his expertise to achieve and maximize their real estate investment goals.
As an adjunct professor, Rick teaches the Real Estate Investment and Portfolio Management course in the Master of Business Administration program at the University of Connecticut. He also taught the Real Estate Finance course in the Master of Science program at New York University.
Rick holds a Master’s of Science in Real Estate Investment from New York University. He holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration in Real Estate and Urban Economic Studies from the University of Connecticut.
Before founding his investment real estate company in 1999, Rick held roles at Merrill Lynch, Real Estate Investment Banking Group and Prudential Insurance Company, Institutional Real Estate Investments.
For over thirty years he has formed extensive industry relationships and demonstrated successful expertise in investment real estate as a capital markets advisor and investor.
Rick has served in several leadership roles on both industry boards and non-profit boards. He is a licensed real estate broker in both Connecticut and New York. He is the published author of the “Teal Book of Wisdom.”
